Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Alpha WorkTrack offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without any charges. Your trial includes full access to all features based on your selected plan.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Refunds available within the first 7 days of paid subscription
• Full refund if service doesn't meet expectations
• Pro-rated refund for technical issues affecting service

Annual Subscriptions:

• Refunds available within the first 30 days of subscription
• Pro-rated refund after 30 days for remaining months
• Full refund if service is unavailable for more than 24 hours

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Submit a refund request via email to support@alphaworktrack.com
2. Include your account email and subscription details
3. Provide reason for refund request
4. Our team will review within 2-3 business days
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. Refunds are credited to the original payment method

4. Valid Refund Reasons

Refunds are typically approved for the following reasons:

• Technical issues preventing service use
• Service not as described or expected
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Service downtime exceeding 24 hours
• Feature not working as advertised
• Dissatisfaction with service quality

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for the following situations:

• Monthly subscriptions after 7 days of activation
• Annual subscriptions after 30 days of activation
• Add-on services or custom features
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Partial month usage (except for technical issues)
• Change of mind after refund period
• Failure to use the service

6. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

• Log in to your admin dashboard
• Navigate to Settings → Subscription
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Confirm cancellation
• Alternatively, email support@alphaworktrack.com

Cancellation Effects:

• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No charges after cancellation takes effect
• Data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
• Data can be exported before permanent deletion
• No refunds for partial months (unless eligible under refund policy)

7. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

• For minor service interruptions
• For feature delays or temporary issues
• As goodwill gestures for loyal customers
• Credits can be applied to future subscription periods

8. Enterprise Plans

For enterprise plans with custom contracts:

• Refund terms are specified in individual service agreements
• Custom cancellation policies may apply
• Please refer to your contract for specific terms
• Contact enterprise support for contract-related inquiries

9. Payment Processing Issues

If you experience payment processing issues:

• Contact your bank for declined transactions
• Verify payment details are correct
• Check for sufficient funds

If your refund request is denied:

• You can appeal the decision within 7 days

We are not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
